About Peppa
Meet Peppa 🩷
Peppa is a gorgeous 4-year-old French Bulldog who found her way into Rebel Tails through absolutely no fault of her own. Since arriving in foster care, she has quickly won hearts with her sweet nature, easy-going personality and love of being part of the family.
Unlike some Frenchies who seem to run at a hundred miles an hour, Peppa is one of the more relaxed members of the breed. She enjoys her walks, loves spending time with her people and is always happy to curl up nearby for a nap once she's had her daily adventures.
Peppa has settled beautifully into foster care and has proven herself to be a lovely companion. She currently lives with a cat and has been respectful and friendly, making her a great candidate for a cat-friendly home. She is also dog-friendly, although she can be selective with some dogs, so any canine introductions will need to be managed thoughtfully.
Peppa is looking for a home that understands French Bulldogs and is prepared for the ongoing care that can come with the breed.
Peppa has a history of skin allergies and is currently doing well on a specialised diet. Her future family will need to be committed to maintaining her dietary needs and working with their veterinarian to manage any flare-ups. This may include ongoing allergy management such as Cytopoint injections or other treatments as recommended by her vet.
Peppa also has a hooded vulva, which requires regular cleaning and monitoring to help prevent urinary tract infections and skin irritation. While this is easy to manage, it is something her future family will need to stay on top of throughout her life.

Her adoption fee contributes towards her desexing, microchipping, vaccinations while in care, veterinary treatment and the many costs involved in rescuing and rehoming dogs. It also includes the ongoing support and guidance that Rebel Tails provides to help every adoption succeed.
Medical notes
Peppa has a history of environmental and/or dietary allergies, which are currently being successfully managed through a specialised diet. Her future family should be prepared to continue dietary management and work with their veterinarian should allergy flare-ups occur. Ongoing treatment may include Cytopoint injections or other allergy management as recommended by her veterinarian.
Peppa also has a hooded vulva, a common anatomical condition that can predispose dogs to urinary tract infections and skin irritation if not properly maintained. This is currently managed through routine cleaning and monitoring, which her future family will need to continue.
At this stage, Peppa's conditions are being managed successfully and she is otherwise a happy, healthy dog.
