About Stevie
Meet the cat with a heart as big as his head, Stevie!
He can be a little shy at first, but once he feels safe, he enjoys gentle affection and shows his softer, loving side.
Stevie has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). FIV doesn't mean a cat is ill, as cats with the virus may never show signs or symptoms and with proper care, can live for many happy years. We do ask that they remain indoor cats for their own health and safety. The staff know them to be some of our sweetest, smoochiest, most laid-back cats and some of our all-time favourites. If you're looking for an indoor cat, it's hard to say no to Stevie.
even though Stevie is FIV positive, he is positive that he will find his forever home very soon. With good care, he can enjoy a long, happy life ahead.
Adoption details
Please visit our Animal Rehoming Centres during opening hours to meet our animals and adopt. No appointment is needed. For select animals, we will require an email application. Where this is the case, instructions will be specified on the animal’s profile.
Animal Welfare League Gold Coast's opening hours are:
Tuesday to Friday – 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday to Sunday – 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Monday – Closed
