About Renata
Meet Renata
This sweet girl is ready for her forever home and family. She is initially a little nervous, but is becoming much more confident in the shelter, showing growing trust and an increasing enjoyment of gentle interactions.
She loves wand toy play, which is a great way to build a bond with her, especially when paired with positive reinforcement and rewards for her effort. Once she trusts you, she really enjoys gentle scratches and affection, with her affectionate side continuing to shine through as she settles.
Renata would thrive in a calm, routine home with cat-savvy adopters experienced in reading cat body language. She would best suit an adult home, though may also be okay with gentle, cat-savvy teenagers.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
