Hi, I’m Puss, a female cat with a soft, steady heart. I have a short, sleek coat that’s easy to care for, and I love a tidy, cozy space. I’m a gentle soul who cherishes quiet cuddle sessions and a sunny window to nap in. My activity level is medium—I enjoy a dash of playfulness, then I’m happy to curl up on your lap for a peaceful pause. I’m 15+ years young, a seasoned companion who thrives in a calm, predictable routine. I’ve owned a cat before, so I know the ropes: regular meals, a comfy bed, and a little enrichment now and then. I do best with someone who can provide a patient, caring home and a gentle approach. I may be independent at times, but I also love back rubs, purring, and quiet chats. If you have a quiet household and experience with cats, I’d love to meet you. Let’s start a wonderful new chapter together.

Adoption details
When you find an animal that you think you may want to meet, please send us an email through pet rescue and one of our staff will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you live in the Rockhampton area, we encourage you to meet with any animal that captures your heart.
However, if you live too far away we can arrange a phone call from one of our foster carers, who can provide you with the best information on our animals.
Once you have chosen to adopt (or the animal has chosen you) one of our adoption counselors will process the adoption and your new family member will be ready to take home.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
