Max is looking for his forever home 💙

This handsome boy will be ready to leave from 23/06 and is now searching for a family of his own.

Max came into care with very little exposure to the world, but he has been quietly making progress every day. While he can still be unsure in new situations, he is a sweet natured puppy who is learning that people, routines and new experiences aren't so scary.

Max will thrive in a home that can provide clear boundaries, ongoing training and plenty of positive experiences as he continues to mature. He will need guidance, consistency and an owner committed to helping him become the best version of himself.

🐶 Max will only be considered for homes with a calm, confident resident dog. We have seen firsthand how much he benefits from living alongside balanced adult dogs and feel this will set him up for the greatest success in his new home.

⚠️ Max is showing strong German Shepherd traits, so we are only considering applicants with German Shepherd experience or experience with similar breeds such as Rottweilers, Dobermans or Belgian Malinois.

✅ Up to date with vaccinations
✅ Up to date with flea, tick and worming

🚫 We do not offer interstate adoptions. All meet and greets are done in person (including any resident dogs) so we can ensure the right match and continue to support our dogs if they ever need to return to care.

❌ No homes with children under 10
Max is looking for a calm, structured home where he can continue building confidence. Max is also not suited to working, sporting or service dog homes and is looking for a pet only home.
