This lovely boy can be a little shy when meeting new people and tends to warm up to women more quickly than men. However, with patience, kindness, and understanding, Toby forms incredibly strong bonds and will soon become your devoted shadow.

Toby hasn't had the easiest start in life and is still learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. He has made wonderful progress in foster care, but he will need a calm home with someone willing to continue helping him build his confidence at his own pace.

To help manage his anxiety, Toby is on a daily prescription medication that he will need for life. His future family must be committed to continuing this treatment, which helps keep him relaxed, comfortable, and able to enjoy life.
