About Moon - 10 Week Old Staffy X
🐾 Meet Moon! 🐾
Sweet, gentle, and full of quiet charm, Moon is a beautiful 10-week-old Staffy cross who is looking for a family to help her shine. Unlike some of her more outgoing siblings, Moon prefers to take her time getting to know new people and surroundings.
She can be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, her affectionate and loving nature begins to shine through. Moon is a thoughtful little girl who likes to watch the world before jumping in.
She's discovering new things every day and growing in confidence with gentle encouragement and reassurance. One of her cutest quirks is that she seems to be collecting spots as she grows—new little markings keep appearing, making her even more unique!
When she's not busy exploring, Moon loves snuggling up for cuddles and soaking up affection from her favourite people. Those soft puppy eyes and gentle nature make it impossible not to fall in love with her.
As with all puppies, Moon is looking for a family committed to continuing her training, socialisation, and helping her grow into a confident, happy adult dog.
Best suited to a home with children aged 8 years and over who can understand when I need a little extra patience and space. If you're looking for a sweet soul who just needs a little help finding her confidence, Moon could be the perfect addition to your family.

Her adoption fee is $800 which includes desexing when she is old enough. It also includes her first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Moon is in foster care in Chittaway Bay, NSW. Since she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when she's 5 to 6 months old.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal
cheques.
