About Sweetpea
Please only apply for this greyhound if you have:
- Lots of love, pats and attention to give Sweetpea
- At home more than out, unless you have a doggie companion to keep Sweetpea company
Sweetpea is a small, darling young girl who lives up to her name!
She just wants to be with you and adores any attention and pats, while also being happy to just lie close to your chair when you are working or relaxing. But of course it will make her day if you allow her up on the couch to cuddle with you when watching TV.
She is always excited to head out on a walk and while still a little unsure in busy shopping streets she is always willing to go where ever you ask, and we know she will soon gain more confidence. We have to mention that Sweetpea has the cutest tail that curls to the right - it's a little like an upside down question mark!
She is happy to travel in the car and lies down quietly for the journey.
Sweetpea is toilet-trained and goes to the door to let you know that she needs to go outside. She gets on fine in her foster home with other greyhounds and has been friendly with all the non-greyhounds she has met out on walks.
Sweetpea is going to make a delightful companion in any home - could that be yours?
[Note: Under Victorian Law greyhounds must be on-leash at all times in public areas, including in off-leash parks or ovals]
