My Ideal Home:    
• I’ll need daily exercise — walks, park or beach trips, and playtime in the backyard will keep me happy and healthy.
• Ongoing training and guidance with basic manners will help me grow into a well-behaved companion.
• I am looking for a family that will give me lots of love and attention and to be part of the family indoors — not left outside without interaction.
• Secure fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent) is essential to keep me safe.
• I’d love plenty of toys and mental enrichment to keep my busy mind occupied.
• When I get excited, I can be a little bouncy, so any children in the home would need to feel comfortable and confident around an energetic, enthusiastic dog joining the family.
• Training, training, training — it’s essential that I receive consistent guidance in every aspect of my life so I can become the very best companion as I mature.
• When i first came into the shelter i was very social with all friendly dogs but the overwhelming shelter environment has made me more selective, if going to a home with another dog i will need a slow introduction with a submissive male, if not i am more than happy being the only dog soaking up all of the attention.
• I adore people and would be perfectly happy as your one and only, but I will require regular opportunities to socialise with other dogs. I’ll benefit from positive socialisation.
• I’m not suited to homes small animals such as cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, or ducks.

My Paw-some Perks: 
• I’m a very playful, happy pup with the cutest little wiggle-butt when I’m excited.
• I’m highly food motivated, which makes training lots of fun and helps me learn quickly.
• I’m gentle and placid in nature, and I’ve had some basic obedience training — I’m generally a well-mannered dog. I know my basic commands like sit. I’m always eager to learn more.
• I walk nicely on lead for a young dog, and with daily walks I’ll only keep improving.
• I absolutely love attention, cuddles, hugs, kisses and head scratches, and I’m quite partial to snoozing on the couch with my humans.
• I’m exuberant and full of beans, always ready for fun and adventure.
• I’m clever, enthusiastic, and would thrive with a family who’ll continue my training and maybe even teach me some cool new tricks.

Training & Support Needs:
• I can be a little bouncy when excited, but consistent training will help me learn calmer behaviours.
