About Melody
Meet Melody, an enchanting little pup who is ready to tune right into your heart! This sensitive sweetie is a total social butterfly at heart, expressing her love for people with a wonderfully wiggly, tactile enthusiasm. The big wide world can feel a touch daunting to her at first, but with some gentle handling and reassurance, her initial puppy shyness quickly melts away. Melody is incredibly toy-driven, which is fantastic news for her future family as they guide her through loose-leash walking, crate training, and basic obedience. She is looking for a dedicated home with a secure yard and a family eager to take her to puppy classes to build her confidence. Melody will blossom beautifully, whether she has a calm, friendly adult dog to mentor her or becomes the absolute center of your universe!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
