About Myrtle
Meet Myrtle,
Sweet Myrtle is on the lookout for a calm, loving home where she can settle in and enjoy life at her own pace.
This lovely girl has a gentle nature and is looking for patient adopters who understand that some cats take a little time to blossom. Once she's comfortable, Myrtle enjoys affection and being near her people, making a wonderful companion for those who appreciate the quieter things in life.
Myrtle would be happiest in an adult home, although gentle, cat-savvy older children may also be a good match. She prefers to choose when and how she interacts and isn't a fan of too much handling, but she's always happy to accept love and attention on her own terms.
Give Myrtle the chance to settle in, and you'll discover a sweet friend with plenty of love to give.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
