About Jimmy
Are you after what looks like a miniature looking border collie?
Meet Jimmy, a delightful Pomeranian and Maltese mix who brings tons of sass and spunk to the table. At approximately three years old and weighing in at a compact 5.2kg, Jimmy is a bold little guy who's lively, full of fun, and ready to capture your heart. With each wag of his tail, he exudes an infectious energy that's impossible not to adore.
Jimmy thrives on attention and love and would be the perfect companion for an active individual or family who can offer him plenty of stimulation. He enjoys going for walks and, despite his diminutive size, walks well on a lead, making him an excellent partner for casual strolls in the neighborhood or adventurous walks in the park. His inquisitive nature means he’s always eager to explore and see what the world has to offer.
Social and outgoing, Jimmy has made fast friends with other dogs of similar size. He has shown little interest in the resident cat, as she doesn’t run, and he has charmed everyone he meets with his friendly personality. His right amount of curiosity combined with his laid-back attitude around other animals makes him a well-rounded addition to the right family.

Jimmy has passed his medical
Jimmy came to us with cherry eye in his left eye. He has since had surgery and has just got the all clear from the vet to go to a home.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
