About Fred
Meet Fred – A Lover, Not a Fighter! ❤️
Fred is a handsome, easygoing gentleman with a big heart and plenty of love to give!
This sweet 3-year-old boy first appeared at one of our local cat colonies and quickly won everyone over with his affectionate personality. Fred was always happy to see his feeders, greeting them with enthusiasm and never missing an opportunity for a pat (or a meal!).
Unfortunately, things changed when a new tomcat arrived at the colony and started bullying the other cats. Fred, being a lover rather than a fighter, decided to move on. He was later spotted several streets away, wandering dangerously close to a busy road. We knew we couldn't leave this sweet boy out there, so we brought him into our care.
And what a lovely boy he is!
Fred is incredibly affectionate, loves his people and will happily soak up all the pats and attention you're willing to give him. He's also very food motivated, so winning his heart with a tasty treat won't be difficult!
Despite his rough start, Fred has a wonderfully relaxed and easygoing personality. He gets along beautifully with other cats and would make a fantastic companion in a home with feline friends or a family looking for a loving, laid-back cat.
Fred has spent enough time navigating life on the streets. Now he's ready to trade colony life for comfy beds, regular meals and a family of his very own.
Could you be the one to give Fred the loving home he deserves?

Adoption details
To ensure the best match for the cat/kitten, we follow a simple but thoughtful process:
1. Submit an Enquiry
Complete our Adoption Enquiry Form with details about your home and lifestyle.
2. Initial Chat
We’ll review your enquiry and get in touch for a quick phone call or chat to answer questions and get to know you better.
3. Meet & Greet
If it seems like a good fit, we’ll arrange a meet & greet with the cat (either at the foster carer’s home or a neutral location). This gives everyone a chance to see how things feel in person
4. Trial Period (Adult Cats Only)
For some of our adult cats (one year and older), we offer a 3-week trial to ensure the match is right. You’ll get support and guidance during this time.
5. Finalising the Adoption
Once everyone’s happy, we’ll complete the adoption paperwork and process the adoption fee. You’ll receive vet records and ongoing support if needed.
