Meet Mr. Squiggles!
Mr. Squiggles is on the lookout for a calm, guinea pig-savvy home where he can take life at his own pace. This handsome little guy can be a bit anxious and flighty, so he's searching for patient adopters who understand that trust is earned, not rushed.
His perfect home would be with adults or gentle, experienced older children who are happy to let him settle in and build confidence in his own time. Once he feels safe, Mr. Squiggles enjoys exploring, munching on tasty veggies, and relaxing in his favourite hidey spots.
If you're the kind of person who loves helping shy animals blossom and celebrates the little wins, Mr. Squiggles could be your perfect match.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
