Say hello to Cosmo, a delightfully charming eleven year old Pug x Beagle who is just about as close to the perfect dog as you can get.

Cosmo originally came to the shelter as a stray, and while he was microchipped, we sadly discovered that his previous owner had passed away. Despite losing his person, this sweet senior has kept his spirits high and is completely ready to bring his unique brand of joy and laughter into a brand new forever home.

Physically, Cosmo is an absolute showstopper with a look that is guaranteed to make you smile. He sports an incredibly cute, rotund body perched atop hilariously long, skinny legs, giving him a wonderful, cartoonish elegance. At eleven years old, his only real medical consideration is a benign mole on his forehead, which is just a cosmetic quirk of his wiser years and doesn't slow him down a bit. He already knows how to sit on command and is highly motivated by food, though his love for snacks means he can sometimes snatch treats out of your hand a little too enthusiastically if you aren't careful.

Cosmo is an incredibly adaptable and gentle soul who would make a fantastic addition to your family. He would prefer a household with Secondary aged children and older, who will understand when Cosmo needs some space and alone time, and embrace his cuddles and kisses of course. He possesses the easygoing temperament required to happily coexist with another resident dog.
