Meet Jeremy

Jeremy is a sweet, cosy gentleman who has been soaking up plenty of love and care since his rescue. With each passing week, his personality continues to blossom, and he has become an affectionate little companion who adores cuddles and attention. In fact, if you dare stop patting him too soon, Jeremy will gently nudge your hand to remind you that he's not quite finished yet!

A true couch connoisseur, Jeremy enjoys a slow and comfortable lifestyle. He spends much of his day snoozing indoors, curled up in a warm spot and happily snoring away. He is incredibly quiet and has not barked once in care, though he has recently started making the sweetest happy grunts and grumbles when receiving attention—a delightful sign of how comfortable and content he is becoming.

Jeremy is also a big fan of food and treats. Meal times are a highlight of his day, and he now performs an adorable happy trot when he knows food is on the way.

My Ideal Home
I love a calm, comfortable home where I can relax and enjoy the company of my people. Visitors coming and going don't bother me, and if my humans head out for a while, I'm usually found in the exact same cosy spot when they return. A warm couch and plenty of love are really all I ask for.

My Energy Level
I'm a low-energy, easy-going gentleman who prefers cuddles and naps over adventures. While I do enjoy getting outside, busy streets can feel a little overwhelming and I may freeze when I'm feeling unsure. To help build my confidence, I'm currently being carried to a nearby grassy area where I happily toilet before trotting home for treats. Once I get going, I'm a lovely walking companion, and with continued patience and encouragement, my confidence continues to grow.

Living with Children
Jeremy would be best suited to a home with children aged 12 years and over** who can understand and respect his gentle nature and need for a calm environment.

Living with Other Dogs
Jeremy is not suitable to live with other dogs and is looking for a home where he can be the only canine companion.

Living with Cats:
Jeremy is untested with cats, so any introductions would need to be approached carefully and managed appropriately.
