About Rio
Meet Rio.
Rio is an adorable 11-week-old with the most striking champagne tabby markings and a face that's impossible to resist. Not only is he super handsome, but he also has the personality to match. Our confident, outgoing little guy loves being involved in everything that's happening around him.
Rio is curious, playful, and always ready to make new friends. He is incredibly affectionate and enjoys cuddles just as much as playtime. Rio gets along beautifully with everyone he meets, including other cats and even friendly dogs. His easy-going and social nature makes him a wonderful companion for a variety of households.
Because Rio thrives on feline friendship and loves having a playmate, his forever home MUST HAVE a friendly resident cat who will enjoy playing, cuddling, and living alongside him. This is non-negotiable. Alternatively, if you're considering adopting two kittens, Rio's sister Rue is also looking for her forever home. Rio is located in Bendigo and has been vet checked, vaccinated, desexed, microchipped: 956000019036441 and is up to date with flea & worm treatment. His adoption fee is $295. Source Number: RE161465.

Adoption details
By adopting an animal from a rescue group or shelter you are giving a homeless animal a second chance at happiness. Thank you for considering adoption.
Our Adoption Process:
* Follow the relevant link in each animal's profile to complete the application form. Include as much information as possible so we can get an accurate picture of the life you are offering the pet.
* If your application is approved, we will email you to arrange a meet and greet.
* If the Meet and Greet is a success you will be invited to move forward with the adoption and complete the relevant paperwork.
* We offer a trial period to ensure it's a perfect match. If the animal is returned during this time, you will receive a refund subject to the terms and conditions on the Adoption Agreement signed at the time of adoption.
* Outside of the trial period we remain committed to your pet throughout its life. If your circumstances change and you need to return your pet, we will always take it back, regardless of how much time has passed.
Before completing the application form please be aware of the following:
** We are located in Bendigo, Central Victoria (approx. 2 hours from Melbourne CBD)
** If you are unable to adopt within one week of your submitting the application form please do not apply until you are ready.
** The majority of our correspondence is through email. As a small team of volunteers we simply don't have the resources to man a phone. If you fail to reply to an email or message within 24 hours we will move on to the next applicant-check your "spam/junk folder" regularly.
