About Cassie
Our devine Cassie is ready to start sniffing out her new home.
Cassie is an 8 month old German Shepherd x pup - possibly crossed with a staghound.
Contradictory to her size, Cassie is still a puppy and is naturally curious about things that are new to her.
Her goofy personality and shenanigans are contagious, quickly making those around her fall in love. Yep we adore Cassie.
Cassie has been well socialised with dogs, puppies, cats and children of all sizes and ages. Other than some accidental tail knocking, she has proven to be a Big Friendly Giant to all she has met so far.
Cassie still requires crating or entertainment when left alone otherwise will make her own fun with whatever she can find. She reminds us she is only a puppy!
Cassie is content with a walk each day mixed with some at home mental enrichment to drain her energy and brain. She loves to steal socks and supervise any house work you may be doing whether it’s gardening, toileting, cleaning or (her favourite) cooking 😋
Cassie comes house, crate, place, recall and leash trained making her adopters lives a little bit easier.
Cassie will need a home with a family committed to continuing her training and wanting a large gentle giant of a dog.

Cassie is flea and wormed treated, Vaccinated, Desexed & microchipped. Her adoption fee is $800.

Adoption details
We like to take the personal approach where a person sends an email of interest around an animal and then we will follow up with phone discussions and email exploration through a survey.
Please note we are a small group of volunteers that balances the administrative side with the care of the animals.
Please only apply for one of our animals if you are genuinely interested in them.
We expect the prospective owner to travel to meet the animal and we are open to trial periods to ensure we have the match right.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
