About Daisy
Meet Daisy
Daisy – Sweet, Playful and Always Ready for a Cuddle
Daisy is a beautiful young calico kitten with a playful spirit, a loving heart, and a knack for making friends wherever she goes.
Daisy's story began when she and her two siblings, Olive and Parker, were discovered alone in a backyard. Orphaned, cold, and hungry, the tiny trio were thankfully found by a kind-hearted person who brought them into DCH care, where they have flourished into happy, healthy kittens.
Now ready to find her forever family, Daisy is the perfect blend of playful adventurer and affectionate companion. She loves chasing balls, pouncing on plush toys, stalking wriggly snake toys, and climbing cat trees to survey her kingdom from above. Once playtime is over, however, Daisy is more than happy to curl up beside her favourite humans for cuddles and affection.
One of Daisy's most endearing habits is her gentle way of asking for attention. If she thinks you've forgotten to pat her, she'll softly tap your shoulder or face with her paw as a polite reminder that cuddle time is overdue.
Daisy is friendly and affectionate with adults and enjoys being part of family life. She gets along well with other cats and would likely enjoy a feline companion in her new home. She can be a little cautious when meeting young children initially, but warms up once she feels comfortable and safe. She has not yet been tested with dogs.
An easy kitten to have around the home, Daisy is quiet and chilled, fully litter-trained and confidently uses both pellet and crystal litter. She enjoys eating both wet and dry kitten food, happily drinks from either a water bowl or water fountain, and has excellent indoor manners. Unlike some energetic kittens, Daisy is respectful of furniture, clothing, shoes and household appliance cords, preferring to focus her attention on her toys, cat trees, scratching posts and the people she loves.
Daisy has been raised indoors and is microchipped, vaccinated, desexed, and regularly treated with Advocate for flea and worm prevention. She has never had fleas nor worms while in care.
With her sweet nature, playful personality, excellent manners and love of human companionship, Daisy is looking for a family who will cherish her as much as she will cherish them. If you're searching for a kitten who can keep you entertained during the day and snuggle beside you at night, Daisy may be the perfect addition to your family.
Could Daisy be the missing piece in your home?
