About Smokey
Meet Smokey, a gentle senior girl searching for a calm, loving home where she can feel safe and settle at her own pace. 🐾
She can be a little nervous when first arriving in a new environment, but once she learns to trust her people, Smokey's affectionate and sweet nature begins to shine through. She is best suited to an adult or older teen household that can offer a quiet, predictable routine. Shee would also prefer to be the only pet in the home so she can relax and enjoy a stress-free environment.
As a senior cat, Smokey has ongoing medical needs, so adopters should feel comfortable and confident with providing regular vet care and medication as required. With kindness and stability, Smokey will blossom into a deeply rewarding companion.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
