About Free Solo
🐶 Meet Free Solo
If you've been searching for a loyal sidekick, an adventure buddy, and a best friend to share life's journeys with, allow us to introduce Free Solo.
This Staffy x Border Collie youngster is equal parts athlete, cuddle bug, and devoted companion. Built like a little tank with a stocky frame and endless enthusiasm, Free Solo approaches every day like it's the best day of his life.
His most distinctive feature? A scar around his mouth that gives him a permanent cheeky grin. It's less "serious rescue dog" and more "Heath Ledger's Joker after discovering unlimited treats." The result is a smile that perfectly matches his playful personality and keeps everyone who meets him smiling too.
Free Solo is smart, confident, and always ready for action. Whether it's a hike, a road trip, a run at the beach, a backyard game, or simply accompanying you on your daily errands, he's happiest when he's included in the fun. He wants to be where his people are and would love nothing more than to become someone's constant companion.
Being a Border Collie cross, he's incredibly quick to learn. Being a Staffy cross, he tackles life with enthusiasm and a genuine love for people. He's curious about the world, eager to learn, and always ready to see what adventure comes next.
Thankfully, Free Solo is highly food motivated, making training enjoyable and rewarding for both him and his future family.
🏡 Ideal Home
Free Solo is looking for an active home ready to embrace all the fun and adventure that comes with raising a young dog.
He'd thrive with:
* Active adopters who enjoy walks, hikes, adventures, and outings
* A family committed to ongoing training and socialisation
* People who understand that puppies need guidance, consistency, and patience as they grow
* Someone looking for a genuine companion to share life with
Puppy school will be an important next step for this young man, helping him build confidence, learn good manners, and continue developing into a well-rounded canine citizen.
⚡ Energy Level
Medium to high.
Free Solo has plenty of energy and would happily join you on adventures, explore new places, and burn off steam through exercise and enrichment.
That said, once he's had his fun for the day, he's more than happy to transform into a snuggle expert. After a busy day of running, playing, and investigating the world, you'll often find him curled up next to you on the couch, soaking up affection and enjoying a well-earned nap.
Best of both worlds.
👨👩👧👦 Suitability for Children
Free Solo could do well with dog-savvy children who understand puppy manners and are prepared for a young dog who is still learning about the world.
As with any puppy, ongoing training and supervision will help him learn appropriate interactions as he grows.
🐕🐈 Other Pets
Free Solo enjoys the company of other dogs and would likely benefit from a suitable canine friend who enjoys play and companionship.
He is still young and learning, so successful introductions and ongoing management will be important with any resident pets including cats.
❤️ Why You'll Love Free Solo:
Free Solo is one of those dogs who makes life feel a little bigger and a lot more fun.
He's clever enough to keep you impressed, affectionate enough to keep you smiling, and loyal enough to want to be part of everything you do. He'll join you on adventures, keep you company on quiet nights, and happily trade a day of exploring for an evening curled up beside you on the couch.
With his cheeky grin, loving nature, and enthusiasm for life, Free Solo is ready to find a family who will help him grow into the incredible dog he's destined to become.
Adventure buddy. Cuddle champion. Future best friend.
Free Solo is ready to be your sidekick.
