Lulu is a stunning lady with a quiet, thoughtful nature. She’s the kind who likes to take her time getting to know new people and settling into new surroundings—but once she feels safe, her affectionate side truly shines.
When comfortable, Lulu enjoys cuddles and attention, always on her terms. She’ll happily seek you out for companionship, making those moments of connection all the more special.
Lulu has a playful streak and particularly enjoys toys she can pounce on and “catch.” Wand toys can be fun too, although she does prefer a game where she can claim victory—after all, what’s the point if the prize keeps getting away?
Lulu would do best as the only feline in the home, as she can be quite dominant around other cats and prefers not to share her space. She hasn’t been around children and may find them a bit overwhelming, so a calm, adult-only home would suit her best.
With a little patience and understanding, Lulu will reward her person with affection, companionship, and glimpses of her playful charm. She’s looking for a home that will respect her independence while giving her the love she deserves.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
