About Gia
Meet Gia, an 8-week-old toy poodle as cute as a button, and ready to bring endless joy to a new loving family. With her fluffy coat and bright eyes, she captures hearts wherever she goes. Gia is a bundle of fun and playfulness, always eager for cuddles and attention. Having spent her first few weeks on a farm with her sisters and brothers, she's now looking forward to starting a wonderful new chapter at Waggy Tails.
Toy poodles like Gia are known for their intelligence and gentle temperament, making them excellent companions for families. They thrive on human interaction and love being the center of attention, which Gia clearly enjoys! While toy poodles do not shed much, their curly coats do require regular grooming to prevent matting, ensuring they always look their best. Gia will appreciate a family that can provide regular trips to the groomer or take the time to care for her coat at home.
Gia's ideal home is one where she receives plenty of love and playtime. Her playful nature makes her a great fit for a household that can offer a stimulating environment, perhaps with children or adults who can match her energy and enthusiasm. Gia is microchipped, has received her first round of vaccinations, and has been wormed while dining on a high-quality diet at Waggy Tails.

No known pre-existing conditions.
Under the direction of our vet Gia will be desexed at 6 months of age. She must return to our Vet in Rosewood for this procedure and the fee is included in her adoption price. This is a non negotiable condition of adoption.

What does this mean?
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal will then take place. You must bring advise Waggy Tails if you are bringing your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption.
3. You will need to provide details of your dogs full vaccination status prior to bringing to the Sanctuary.
4. Waggy Tails does not offer trial period for puppies under the age of 6 months who are adopted out. Please ensure you are ready to adopt now. Waggy Tails will do their best to ensure you and your new dog are a good match.
3. Mircrochip transfer takes place after 7 days. Please note this may take up to 4 weeks dependent on microchip paperwork. If for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to Waggy Tails the Adoption fee may be refunded minus an admin fee (Minimum $500).
5. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work UNTIL date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current at their cost from date of adoption.
