Meet Harry
🐶 Personality:
Harry is an all-round adorable pup who melts hearts wherever he goes. While he can be a little shy at first, he quickly warms up to new people and, once he does, becomes a loyal companion who never wants to leave your side. He absolutely adores his foster sister and loves having a canine role model, happily following her lead and even letting her boss him around when his puppy enthusiasm gets the better of him. Affectionate, playful, and full of charm, Harry brings joy wherever he goes.
🎓 Training:
Harry has been working hard on his training and is making great progress. He has almost mastered "Sit" and is eager to learn with continued guidance and positive reinforcement. On walks, he can sometimes be distracted and may not always respond to his name straight away, but once he has your attention, his recall is very good. Harry also has an old eye injury that has left some clouding, but veterinary assessments confirm this is simply scarring and does not affect his vision or quality of life.
🏠 Perfect Home:
Harry would thrive in an active home that can continue his training journey and provide plenty of exercise, enrichment, and companionship. He would love a doggy friend to play with and learn from, as he enjoys the company of other dogs and gains confidence from them. However, in the right home where he receives plenty of attention and opportunities to stay active, he could also flourish as the only dog. Most importantly, Harry is looking for a family who will embrace his affectionate nature and give him the love and adventure he deserves.
Love and licks,
Harry 🐾❤️
Medical notes
Harry has a Grade 1 heart murmur, which is the mildest grade and does not affect him in any way. He is happy, active, and enjoys life just like any other dog. Our veterinary team is monitoring it as a precaution, and he is not experiencing any symptoms.
Any pre-existing conditions, including his heart murmur, are covered by our rescue, so adopters can have peace of mind knowing ongoing support is available if needed.
