About Misty
Meet Misty!
Misty is a sweet, adorable girl who enjoys spending time with people and will often seek out company and gentle affection on her own terms. She is very food motivated, making it easy to build trust and strengthen your bond with her.
While Misty has a playful side, she prefers quieter, calmer interactions rather than loud or boisterous play. New environments can take a little time for her to adjust to, so she is looking to be the only pet in a patient and cat-savvy family who will give her the support and space she needs to settle in.
Misty would be best suited to a calm adult home, but may also do well with cat-savvy, gentle older teenagers who can respect her boundaries. Once she feels comfortable, Misty is a loving companion who will reward your patience with affection and friendship.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
