🌟 Personality & Quirks
Independent Explorer: Dipsy loves to investigate his surroundings. His absolute favourite spots are the very top of the cat tree, hidden cardboard boxes, and cozy cubbies. 📦
High-Energy Play: He is a massive fan of running, climbing, and wrestling with his siblings. If you bring out a feather wand toy, you'll have his undivided attention! 🪶
A Soft Side: While he is an independent lad at first, once he gets to know you, his affectionate side shines. He absolutely melts for chin scratches and gentle pats.
Sensitivities: Like his brothers and sisters, loud noises can startle him, so he appreciates a bit of reassurance when things get noisy.
🐱 Social Life
Other Cats: A total team player! Dipsy loves the company of other felines and relies on them for play and comfort.
Dogs & Kids: Untested, but his confident nature means he should settle in fine with a patient, gradual introduction.

Dipsy is not suitable as a solo cat. He needs:
To be adopted with one of his siblings, OR to go to a home with an existing friendly cat who can keep up with his high-energy playtime.
Plenty of vertical space and fun hiding spots to satisfy his inner explorer.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
