About Peanut
Peanut, like his brother Toby, is learning to trust people. He loves creamy treats so food is the way to his heart.
His foster carer has done a great job, and he now purrs happily when he's patted. But he needs to trust you first, so his new human will need to give him time to trust them too.
He's great with other cats, and would love another kitty friend in his new home to hang out with (or his brother Toby).
He loves the quiet life so he would prefer a household with no noisy kids. A patient human and another kitty cat will do just fine for him for company.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
