About Soda
Meet Soda, the sweet Greyhound mix with a heart as big as her dreams and enough personality to fill your days with joy. Born on June 1st, 2017, she's certainly an "oldie but a goodie," bringing wisdom and gentleness that come with her years. Soda is utterly devoted to the people around her, always ready for a gentle pat and some affectionate company and would love to curl up on the lounge.
Soda adores her walks and showcases her impeccable leash manners, making strolls through the park or your neighbourhood an absolute pleasure. With her lovely demeanor and gentle nature, she has been well-behaved around other dogs at the shelter. Still, she truly thrives in the presence of human companionship. Soda’s soft, sweet presence is perfect for those who appreciate the calm and gentle elegance that older dogs bring.
While she may seem calm, Soda does have an energetic side, capable of impressive leaps, so she would do best in a home with secure, high fencing to keep her safe during outdoor adventures. Whether it’s a walk around the block or a quiet time lounging in the garden, Soda is content as long as she’s near those she loves.
Soda is the perfect partner for someone seeking an affectionate and serene companion. Her loyalty and gentle heart will make her a cherished member of your family.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
