Tammy

Hello! My name is Tammy. I am a quiet girl, unique in many way but 2 main ones are that I am a ginger female and that I have no tail. Staff say my tail lessness is due to me being mixed with a breed of cat called a Manx and that it didn't fall off like a lizards. I came into care with 2 other cats, staff aren't sure if we are littermates or just housemates. We rub along fine but I am happy to go to a home of my own as well. If introduced correctly I am sure I could go to a home with an existing cat. When I arrived in care I was very shut down and frightened, I have really come out of my shell since arriving and do seek affection and too explore. You might see me in my window box at the shelter, but loud noises will have me running somewhere to hide. I think I would like a quieter home where I can be left alone to get used to my new surroundings before being bombarded with love and affection. Which I am sure I will lap up given some time to adjust.
