About Mr. Affectionate
🌟 Meet Mr. Affectionate – Our Real-Life Olaf Who Loves Warm Hugs! 🌟
Looking for a cat who’s basically the living, breathing, purring version of Olaf from Frozen? Say hello to Little Mishka, also known as Mr. Affectionate, a super smoochy 7-year-old silver tabby who lives for warm hugs and endless cuddles!
Just like Olaf who bounces around singing “I like warm hugs,” Mishka is the ultimate affection champion.
This sweet silver tabby doesn’t just like warm hugs, he craves them. From the second he arrives in his forever home, Mr. Affectionate will be glued to you with purrs, head boops, and the biggest doses of love you’ve ever seen. If Olaf is made of snow and dreams, Mishka is made of silver stripes and pure devotion!
A Little About Mr. Affectionate’s Story
Mishka had been with his first family since he was a tiny kitten before ending up at a veterinary clinic. A kind friend stepped in to foster him (just like a friendly snowman helping someone in need!), and that’s when his true Olaf-like personality started to shine. Now he’s in our care and dreaming of his own warm, loving forever home.
Personality Highlights
Mr. Affectionate is quite possibly one of the most affectionate and smoochy cats you’ll ever meet, even more cuddly than Olaf on a mission for summer! He absolutely adores people and will follow you around like a velcro snowman. He wants to be near his humans all day, leaning in for pets, purring up a storm, and giving you that classic gentle paw tap, his way of saying “more warm hugs please!”.
Just like Olaf, Mishka is incredibly trusting and loving once he feels safe. He’ll politely sniff your hand first, his little “are we doing warm hugs now?” check, and once he decides you’re his person, game over! You’ll get constant cuddles, snuggles, and that deep, rumbling purr that feels like pure happiness.
What You Should Know
Mishka is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, and fully litter trained. He can be a little nervous about carriers, past stressful times, poor guy, but with patience he melts right into your arms like Olaf in a warm hug.
He doesn’t like other cats, unlike Olaf who tries to be friends with everyone, so he’ll be happiest as an only pet in a calm home, where he can focus all his legendary affection on you!
Ideal Home
Mr. Affectionate would thrive in a quiet, stable home with patient humans who are ready to give and receive endless love. If you want a cat who will greet you with pure Olaf-level joy, snuggle on the couch, and make every day feel warmer and brighter, Mishka is your perfect match.
He’s gentle, loyal, and deeply rewarding, a true “warm hugs” specialist in a silver tabby coat.
Little Mishka (Mr. Affectionate) has so much love to give. Just like Olaf found his place with warm hugs and good friends, this sweet boy is ready to find his forever family and shower them with endless affection.
If you think you’re ready for a lifetime of warm hugs from the cuddliest cat in town, please reach out! ❤️

About Us
Urban Feline Australia is a small, independent cat rescue dedicated to saving surrendered cats from kill shelters and finding them loving, permanent homes.
Founded and run by a passionate animal lover with the support of dedicated friends and volunteers, we specialise in caring for cats that have previously lived in family homes but, for various reasons, can no longer stay with their owners.
Since our inception, we have been fortunate to build a small but dedicated network of volunteer foster carers. These compassionate individuals welcome the surrendered cats into their homes, providing them with love, care, and a safe environment while we search for their perfect forever families.
As a tiny, grassroots rescue with no government funding or large facilities, every rescue is powered by compassion, community support, and a genuine commitment to animal welfare.
All adoption fees and donations go directly toward the essential needs of the cats in our care — including premium food, veterinary treatment, litter, equipment, and ongoing medical support. We rely heavily on the generosity of our foster carers, volunteers, and supporters to continue our work.
Our long-term vision is to expand so we can help even more cats in need. This includes securing a larger dedicated property and, one day, possibly opening a cat café to raise awareness and funds while creating a welcoming space for cat lovers.
How You Can Help
As a small, independent rescue, we depend entirely on the kindness and generosity of our supporters and animal lovers like you. If you would like to support our mission and help us save more lives, please visit the donations page on our website. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference.
We’d also love to connect with you on social media:

Following and sharing our pages helps us reach more potential adopters and supporters. If we can grow our audience, we’ll be able to generate a small ongoing income to sustain and expand the rescue.
We are always in need of foster carers. If you have a safe, loving temporary home and would like to help us care for a cat on their journey to their forever family, please get in touch. The more foster homes we have, the more cats we can save.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about Urban Feline Australia.
Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of many beautiful cats. đź’™

Adoption details
We try to make things very easy and straight forward while at the same time making sure we are matching the right cat to the right home.
The first step in the adoption process is a quick chat over the phone to make you are able meet the cats needs and your home is a good fit for the cats personality.
From there we will organize a meet and greet the cats foster home where you will be able to see the cat in action and get a gauge of their personality.
Once you have adopted you new furry feline friend we offer ongoing support and you are welcome to contact us anytime if you have questions, concerns or need advice.
We work hard to make sure that each cat is a good fit for their new home but in the unlikely even that things do not work out we have a 21 day cooling off period and you are more than welcome to return the cat to us during that time.
We will happily refund 50% of the adoption fee or you are welcome to donate this refund to assist with the ongoing cost of the animals care.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
