About Gnocchi
Introducing our handsome little man, Gnocchi.
Gnocchi found himself under AWL's care after being abandoned on a property. When he first came into care, he was a frightened little kitten who wasn't quite sure about the world around him. Since then he has made wonderful progress and has learned that people can be pretty great after all!
Like many sensitive kittens, Gnocchi still needs a little encouragement when faced with new situations. He has a stubborn streak and sometimes prefers interactions on his own terms but once he decides you're worthy of his attention, he'll happily curl up on your lap and soak up the affection. His absolutely gorgeous eyes have a way of melting hearts wherever he goes.
Kittens like Gnocchi need a little time to settle into a new home but the rewards are well worth the patience. Watching his confidence grow and earning his trust is a truly special experience.
Gnocchi has lived with other kittens and adult cats in his foster home and would be comfortable sharing his new home with feline companions. In fact, Gnocchi adores adult cats, he seeks out the company of his foster carers adult cats and playfully entices them into interacting with him.

Adoption details
STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW: I will come desexed, vaccinated (1st F3) and microchipped and will have up to date worm and flea treatments.
ADOPTING ME: You must be able to provide me with a loving long term and safe home. I would be fine in an apartment as long as I didn't have free run of the balcony if it wasn't fully enclosed. Please ensure your house or apartment can contain a cat inside (ie fly screens etc).
Please remember that I have thought seriously about taking you on and when you take me home, I am committing to you for life. So, I hope you have thought seriously about this and are likewise planning on committing to me.
ABOUT YOU: Given you know all about me, my foster parents would like to know something about who my new parents are going to be. They have rescued me and have given me a lot of care and love. I know they love me and therefore want the best for me.
ABOUT US: AWL Western Suburbs branch wants to promote adoptions of cats from our foster carers & pounds. If you would like to help us, please feel free to contact us and find out how you may assist, including being a foster parent.
All adoptions will require a Pre-adoption application form completed and returned prior to a meet & greet with our cats. Please note that several people may be applying for the same cat so we need time to review all applicants. We do not re-home to the first to apply, we re-home to who best suits the needs of the cat or kitten. All applications will be considered individually and approval will be at the discretion of the AWL NSW Branch Representative, with their decision being final.
