About Fifi STK014878
Meet Fifi – The Fearless Little Survivor 💕
Fifi’s journey hasn’t been an easy one, but you would never know it from the vibrant, energetic teenager she is today.
When Fifi first came into CPS care, she was in a critical condition—unable to walk and suffering from shock after what was likely a traumatic accident. X-rays revealed severe fractures to the left side of her pelvis and hip joint. With intensive care, pain management, and plenty of love, Fifi slowly began to heal… and what a comeback she has made.
Over time, she regained her ability to walk, and her strength and mobility have improved beautifully. While follow-up X-rays show that her pelvis has healed with some narrowing of the pelvic canal, Fifi has been managing this incredibly well. It’s important that her future family keeps an eye on her toileting to ensure she remains regular and comfortable—but so far, she’s doing everything just as she should.
In her foster home, Fifi has truly blossomed. In fact, her foster carer says:
“I’ve seen absolutely no indication that Fifi ever had such a serious injury. She doesn’t limp, she doesn’t complain—she doesn’t let anything slow her down. If I hadn’t seen the X-rays, I never would have guessed!”
And slow her down it does not—Fifi is an absolute whirlwind of energy! She is one of the most active, playful cats you’ll ever meet, turning her environment into her own personal parkour course. Because of this, she’ll thrive in a home where she has plenty of space to run, climb, and explore.
Fifi’s ideal home must be indoors-only to keep her safe, as her fearless and curious nature could easily lead her into trouble outside. A secure catio would be a dream setup, but she’ll be just as happy with lots of cat trees, shelves, and sunny windows to watch the world go by.
Beyond her playful antics, Fifi is incredibly affectionate and people-oriented. She adores attention and will happily soak up all the love you can give. Her sweet, friendly nature means she could fit beautifully into many different types of homes, as long as her need for activity and stimulation is met.
Fifi has overcome so much in her young life, and now she’s ready for the one thing she’s been waiting for—a forever home filled with love, safety, and plenty of room to zoom.
If you’re looking for a lively, affectionate, and truly inspiring companion, Fifi might just be your perfect match.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
