About Yoshi
This happy little puppy is bursting with curiosity, charm, and playful energy. With bright eyes and a wiggly tail, they're always ready to explore the world, learn new things, and soak up affection from the people around them. Like all puppies, they're still learning the ropes-house training, basic manners, and confidence-building are all part of their journey. With patience, positive reinforcement, and plenty of love, they'll grow into a wonderful adult companion. This pup would thrive in a home that's prepared for the fun (and work!) that comes with raising a puppy: daily playtime, gentle training, socialisation, and lots of cuddles. They're eager to bond, quick to learn, and ready to become a treasured member of the family. If you're looking to add laughter, love, and puppy kisses to your life-and you're ready for the commitment of helping a young dog grow-this little one could be the perfect match for you.
Yoshi will be available to meet and adopt from Wednesday, 10th of June. No meet and greets will be booked before this date.
To book a meet and greet with Yoshi, please contact the BARC team by phone or email: 03 5441 2209, barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au Due to the high volume of emails received, inquiries requesting a specific appointment, and including phone contact details, will receive a prioritised response over generic applications to meet an animal. Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
