About Archie
Introducing Archie, an adorable Chihuahua with an irresistible charm! Born on August 1, 2019, Archie has blossomed into an incredibly friendly and outgoing little guy at our headquarters. Although initially a bit hesitant from within the confines of a cage, he quickly warmed up to his environment, showcasing his adaptable and loving nature.
Archie's experiences have proven him to be an amiable companion, especially around other small dogs, which makes him a delightful addition to any household with canine friends. His mild temperament extends to our feline friends, too, as he seems unbothered and uninterested in the resident cat, making him a versatile pet for multi-species homes. Suitably suited for families with older children, Archie thrives in an environment where he can interact and engage with people.
With those big, expressive eyes and a personality that radiates warmth, Archie promises to bring joy and affection to any home. He's a little dude with a big heart, ready to offer companionship and countless moments of happiness. If you're seeking a loving, loyal, and playful addition to your family, Archie is eagerly awaiting to meet you!

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
