Holmes is a big fan of people, though he may take a little time to come out of his shell when meeting someone new. With a gentle approach and a bit of patience, his sweet personality truly begins to shine. Once he feels safe and settled, Holmes transforms into an affectionate companion—rolling onto his back to invite belly rubs and happily leaning in for his favourite thing in the world… butt scritches!

Holmes hasn’t yet met other cats, so any introductions to feline friends should be slow and carefully managed to help him feel comfortable. He would be best suited to a home with older children, but he may be flexible for the right family who can respect his need for a calm and understanding settling-in period.
