About Pearl - 13 Week Old Terrier X Kelpie
Meet Pearl 🐾
Pearl is a confident, happy little puppy with a personality that shines as brightly as her name. The moment someone walks into the room, Pearl is there to greet them with a wagging tail and an enthusiastic welcome. She absolutely loves people and is always excited to make new friends.
This social butterfly thrives on companionship and loves being involved in whatever her humans are doing. Whether it's following you around the house, curling up beside you on the lounge, or snoozing contentedly in your lap, Pearl is happiest when she's close to her people.
Pearl is doing wonderfully in foster care. She sleeps through the night in her crate and wakes up to a clean bed each morning. She's already learning some basic manners and is beginning to sit patiently while waiting for her meals. Toilet training is also off to a great start. While she's still very young, she is already showing excellent instincts and will use a puppy pad most of the time when one is available. She absolutely loves praise and gets very excited when she's told she's done a good job.
Pearl is confident around other dogs and enjoys playing with the large resident dog in her foster home. She would love a home with a friendly canine companion to play with and learn from, but she could also thrive as an only dog if her family is home often and can provide plenty of attention, enrichment, and cuddles.
Like all puppies, Pearl will need ongoing training, socialisation, and guidance as she grows. In return, you'll gain a loving, affectionate, and incredibly loyal companion who is ready to become a cherished member of the family.
Pearl is looking for a home where she will be included in family life, welcomed indoors, and given all the love and companionship she deserves. 💕🐾

Her adoption fee is $800, which includes desexing when she is old enough. It also includes her first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms and is microchipped.
She is currently in foster care in Bateau Bay, NSW. As she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption within the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland, Cessnock, Upper Hunter including Singleton and Muswellbrook), as well as the Central Coast and Sydney. She will need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing by 6 months.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal
cheques.
