About Aspen - 10 Week Old Kelpie X
Cute, lovable, sweet, cuddly, very playful girl.. Aspen is a very sweet Kelpie x puppy. She has lots of confidence and a big personality. She is a typical puppy so she has lots of bursts of pup energy that loves to play with soft toys and absolutely loves people.
Aspen is not house trained yet but she is only a baby. She has met the cats and although she would be very happy to play with them, the cats do not share the same attitude and with a couple of swipes she leaves them alone. She loves to play with other dogs and other pups of all sizes. Aspen is high energy so would do well with other dogs that like to play.
She would be suited to someone who is home more often then not. She needs someone that has time to dedicate to training and socialisation, that way she will grow into a happy and well behaved girl.
Aspen will benefit from attending puppy preschool to help further her education.
Aspen would love a active home. Someone who may want a running/walking companion, someone that enjoys the outdoors and would take her out often.
Aspen is being fostered with a family that has children between 8 to 20 and with other dogs. She is great with them all. Although the children have grown up with dogs of all sizes and temperaments and can handle puppies. So we would recommend a home with children over the age of 8 as she gets a bit excited at times and may knock small kids over. She is a adorable girl and would make a great addition to most homes.
Aspen will need a large well fenced yard with access to inside.
Aspen will melt alot of hearts and choosing one family to adopt her will be very difficult. Unfortunately we cannot clone her. So please be patient while we sort applications which may take some time.
Her adoption fee is $800, which includes desexing when she is old enough. It also includes her first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms and is microchipped.
She is currently in foster care in Hedben, NSW. As she is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption within the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland, Cessnock, Upper Hunter including Singleton and Muswellbrook), as well as the Central Coast and Sydney. She will need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing by 6 months.
