Astra is a beautiful little kitten with a quiet soul and a heart full of love.
We have lowered her adoption fee to $50 to help her find a family.
Astra is very shy when she first meets new people and needs time, patience, and a calm environment to feel safe. But once she trusts you, she transforms into the most affectionate, sweet, and gentle little companion who absolutely adores her people. When she bonds, she bonds deeply - and she will reward your patience with endless love and soft affection.
She is highly cat social and feels most confident when she has another friendly cat by her side. For this reason, she would be best suited to a home with an existing calm cat or with someone who is home often and able to provide gentle companionship throughout the day.
Astra needs a patient, kind, and understanding home that recognises shy cats don’t open up instantly, but that the bond built over time is something truly special. She is looking for someone who understands that trust is earned slowly and gently.
Because of her sensitive nature, Astra would not suit a home with dogs or children under 12. She prefers a peaceful, predictable environment without too much noise or chaos, where she can feel safe and secure.
With the right person, Astra will blossom into an incredibly loving, loyal, and affectionate little cat. She just needs someone special willing to give her the time she deserves.

She will come desexed, up to date with vaccinations, flea/worm treated, microchipped and kitty litter trained.

Adoption details
If a member of the public is interested in adopting they will need to fill out an application form on our website. If approved, a phone interview will be conducted. If the interview is successful they are able to meet the animal and if all goes well adopt on the day.
