About Miss Yellow
Miss Yellow would really appreciate if you consider her as a friend in your home.
After experiencing a catastrophic break to her leg and being abandoned by her owner, Miss Yellow needed a lot of rehab to get to where she is today, and she still has a long way to go! Yellow is very shy of people and hasn’t learn to fully trust us yet… but she promises to keep on trying. She is getting comfortable sitting on your hand or shoulder for companionship!
Because she is rather independent, we think Miss Yellow’s ideal home should have a male companion to keep eachother company. As a shy girl she might not be your first option, but if you’re open to providing safety for a lovely pigeon to show her the kinder side of this world!
Medical notes
Previous fracture to the femur - this has healed poorly. Miss Yellow still gets by pain free at the moment, without requiring additional aid, however as she gets older the bone has a higher likelihood of becoming arthritic and needing pain management.
