Meet Cooper, a stunning 2 year old Staffy cross who is ready to find his true forever home. With his soulful eyes and incredibly endearing personality, Cooper is the definition of a very good boy who just needs a chance to shine. Sadly, this gorgeous lad came into the care of The Lost Dogs' Home as a stray after being found wandering alone in an industrial estate. Despite our best efforts, no one ever came forward to claim him.

While Cooper is undeniably cute, it's his sweet nature that will truly steal your heart. He can be a little shy and overwhelmed when meeting new people for the first time, which is completely understandable given his background. However, the way to Cooper's heart is simple: a few tasty treats, some gentle words of encouragement, and a patient approach. Once he realizes you are a friend, his walls come down, and he transforms into a total cuddle bug.

Because Cooper loves having all the attention to himself, he requires a single-dog household where he can be the undisputed king of the castle. Due to his initial shyness, Cooper is best suited to a mature home with secondary school-aged children and older.

At two years old, Cooper is still very much a teenager in a dog suit. True to his Staffy heritage, he is an incredibly strong boy, so potential adopters will need to be aware of his power and capable of managing him on a leash. He has plenty of youthful exuberance and is looking for a family committed to providing him with ongoing guidance and training. He is eager to please and highly food-motivated, which means teaching him good manners will be a fun and rewarding bonding experience for everyone involved.
