About Kumi
Introducing the beautiful Kumi.
Kumi is a gentle, sweet-natured girl who enjoys the simple things in life — cuddles, playtime, and relaxing close to her humans. She is generally a quiet cat, only really speaking up around dinner time when she’s ready for her meal.
She loves affection and will happily give morning cuddles and usually settles in for snuggles at night while you watch TV. Kumi also has a playful side, with her absolute favourite toy being plastic bottle caps! Leave one on the coffee table and she’ll proudly carry it away to chase around the floor.
Kumi has a lovely medium-length coat with a beautifully fluffy tail that adds to her charm. She is very clean and well-mannered around the home.
Kumi is an affectionate and easy companion. Overall, Kumi is a very sweet cat who would make a wonderful addition to a loving home. Kumi has not been tested with other cats but with a slow introduction most cats adjust given time.
If you would like to meet Kumi, please complete the adoption application in her profile and if succssful one of our volutneers will touch base to organsie a meet & greet.
Kumi is currently in foster care in Blacktown.
Adoption details
STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW: I will come desexed, vaccinated (1st F3) and microchipped and will have up to date worm and flea treatments.
ADOPTING ME: You must be able to provide me with a loving long term and safe home. I would be fine in an apartment as long as I didn't have free run of the balcony if it wasn't fully enclosed. Please ensure your house or apartment can contain a cat inside (ie fly screens etc).
Please remember that I have thought seriously about taking you on and when you take me home, I am committing to you for life. So, I hope you have thought seriously about this and are likewise planning on committing to me.
ABOUT YOU: Given you know all about me, my foster parents would like to know something about who my new parents are going to be. They have rescued me and have given me a lot of care and love. I know they love me and therefore want the best for me.
ABOUT US: AWL Western Suburbs branch wants to promote adoptions of cats from our foster carers & pounds. If you would like to help us, please feel free to contact us and find out how you may assist, including being a foster parent.
All adoptions will require a Pre-adoption application form completed and returned prior to a meet & greet with our cats. Please note that several people may be applying for the same cat so we need time to review all applicants. We do not re-home to the first to apply, we re-home to who best suits the needs of the cat or kitten. All applications will be considered individually and approval will be at the discretion of the AWL NSW Branch Representative, with their decision being final.
