About Murray
Meet Murray š¾
Ginger Medium Hair | Laid-Back Companion | Your Little Shadow
Murray is a handsome ginger boy with a heart as warm as his fluffy coat. With his easygoing nature and gentle personality, he's the kind of cat who fits seamlessly into the quieter moments of everyday life.
This chilled-out gentleman is happiest simply being near his people. Whether he's stretched out beside you on the couch or quietly padding along behind you from room to room, Murray loves to stay close-your loyal little shadow in feline form.
He's not one for chaos or mischief; instead, Murray prefers a calm environment where he can relax, unwind, and enjoy plenty of pats and companionship. His affectionate nature makes him the perfect match for someone looking for a steady, comforting presence in their home.
Murray's ideal home:
A relaxed household where he can enjoy a peaceful routine
Someone who appreciates a calm, affectionate companion
Plenty of cosy spots for lounging (bonus points for a comfy couch!)
A family who doesn't mind a sweet shadow following them around
If you're looking for a loving, low-key companion to share your days and keep you company, Murray is ready to settle in and make himself right at home š

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
