Looking for a little magic in your life? Abracadabra is ready to cast a permanent love spell on her future family. This adorable stumpy tail cattle dog / kelpie / staffy mix (…maybe — her breed blend remains a bit of a mystery potion!) has all the ingredients for the perfect companion: gentle nature, loyal heart, playful spirit, and couch-snuggling expertise.

With her calm and loving personality, Abra absolutely adores affection and will happily lean in for scratches and cuddles whenever they’re on offer. She’s toilet trained, crate trained, and walks beautifully on the leash, making her an easy and delightful companion to take out on adventures.

While she’s mostly a laid-back couch potato who loves curling up near her people, Abra still has those wonderfully goofy bursts of zoomies and playful energy that keep life fun. A walk, a play session, and a little run around are enough to make her tail wag before she’s happily settled back beside you for a nap.

My ideal home:
Her ideal home is one where she’ll be included in daily life and treated as part of the family. She’d absolutely enjoy a backyard to explore, but she’s currently thriving in apartment living and adapts beautifully as long as she receives regular exercise and enrichment.

Abra would love a friendly dog sibling to play with and learn from, but she’d also be perfectly happy as the centre of someone’s universe, soaking up all the love and attention herself.

She is crate trained, settles well on her own, and doesn’t struggle with separation anxiety. That said, we’d love to see her in a home where she won’t be left alone for very long hours every day and can continue being part of a loving, engaged household.

My energy level:
Abra has a lovely balanced energy level — mostly calm, relaxed, and happiest curled up beside her people. She definitely has a little couch potato magic in her, but she also gets adorable bursts of playful zoomies where her fun personality really shines.

She enjoys walks, playtime, and the occasional good run, then is more than happy to settle down and recharge her batteries on the couch afterward.

My suitability to children:
While she hasn’t directly lived with children, Abra has comfortably been around them in public settings and hasn’t shown any concern or reactivity. She tends to be calm, gentle, and unbothered, so she may suit a home with respectful, dog-savvy kids who understand how to interact kindly with animals.

My suitability to other cats or dogs:
Abra is currently untested with cats, so slow and careful introductions would be essential if there are feline family members in the home.

She is wonderful with other dogs and really enjoys their company. She loves to play and interact, and while she is still young and learning appropriate play boundaries, she responds beautifully to guidance. She currently lives happily with a larger dog and has shown she can thrive in a multi-dog home.

Abracadabra has one eye, but don’t let that fool you — she doesn’t miss a trick. She has completely adjusted to it and confidently explores, plays, walks, and enjoys life just like any other dog. It simply adds to her unique charm and makes her even more unforgettable.
