About Muffin
There are three things Muffin loves: cuddles, snacks and more snacks. Food is definitely the way to her heart.
She is a total snuggle bug. Next to snacks, her favourite thing is cuddling in bed.
The other thing she loves is playing fetch! She's a dog cat! If you throw her favourite rubber ball, she'll chase it and bring it back to you to throw again. (See video, it's adorable!)
Sometimes it can take her a bit to warm to new people, but not very long. Once she knows you, she's confident, and chatty.
She's a pretty chill girl and adapts to new things pretty quickly. She has been around kids in her previous home and takes them in her stride. But she's equally happy hanging by herself and waiting for her human to come home and give her snacks.
All she needs is love!

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
