About Jaywalker
Meet Jaywalker 🐾⚖️
Jaywalker is the definition of a little guy who is here for a fun time, good food and sleep-ins! Got a ball? He’s already there. Someone mentioned snack time? He’ll somehow appear instantly. This sweet boy is always ready to join in on whatever is happening around him.
The biggest of all his siblings, Jaywalker might look like he should be running the show, but he is definitely more of a laid-back, happy-go-lucky kind of pup. He would much rather be enjoying playtime, cuddles and seeing what exciting things the world has to offer.
Being raised in foster care means we are already learning all about his personality, routines and what helps him thrive in a home environment. Jaywalker is crate trained, working on his toilet training and has been wonderful with little kids.
Jaywalker and his siblings have also undergone treatment for Ehrlichia canis (E. canis) as part of their veterinary care and are doing well.
Like all puppies, he will need continued training, guidance and socialisation as he grows, but he is already showing himself to be a fun-loving, affectionate and easygoing companion.
Jaywalker is currently in foster care with a loving family and can be met by submitting an adoption application. We can then arrange a meet and greet for the right home 🩵

Flying for a few hours is very important for animals in remote locations because it gives us the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to SAFE about flying me to Perth.
4 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING:
1. Time Commitment: Owning a dog is a big responsibility and requires a significant commitment of time and energy. Be sure to consider how much time you can realistically dedicate to caring for a dog and make sure you are prepared to make that commitment.
2. Cost: Owning a dog can be expensive. Make sure to consider the cost of food, medical care, toys, and other supplies. You may also want to think about enrolling your dog in obedience classes or hiring a professional dog walker.
3. Space: Depending on the breed, some dogs require a lot of space. Make sure you have enough room in your home and yard to accommodate a dog before making the decision to adopt.
4. Lifestyle: Think about your current lifestyle and how a dog may fit into it. Consider if you have any restrictions such as travel, work hours, or allergies. Also, think about how owning a dog may affect your social life.
NOTES:
Adoption fee includes vet check, first vaccination*, flea and worm treatment, microchipping and sterilisation at a SAFE approved vet at 6 months of age.
*Puppies and dogs may require further vaccination(s) to complete the full vaccination course. This will be at the cost of the new owner and is not included in the adoption fee.
