About Hannah
đMeet Hannah a 5 Years and 8 Months Old Chihuahua aka Professional Snugglerđ
If youâve ever wished for a tiny little shadow who believes cuddles are a full-time career⊠Hannah may just be your perfect girl đ„č
This sweet little Chihuahua has come into care through private surrender alongside a single precious puppy in her tummy, who has now grown up and headed off to his forever home. Now itâs finally Hannahâs turn to be loved, spoiled, and cherished exactly as she deserves đ
Hannah is the definition of an easy little companion. She absolutely adores people and simply wants to be included in everyday life â whether thatâs curling up on the couch, joining you for a car ride, following you around the house, or burrowing under the blankets beside you at bedtime.
Because yes⊠Hannah is very much a âsleep under the covers with her humansâ kind of girl đ
Sheâs a gentle, affectionate little soul who loves everyone she meets and thrives on love, pats, praise, snacks, and companionship. Hannah is what we lovingly call an âequal opportunity snugglerâ â if thereâs a lap available, sheâs claiming it đ
Hannah is also wonderful with children, particularly kids who enjoy quiet cuddles and relaxing on the couch watching TV. In Hannahâs opinion, there are very few things better in life than being tucked under a blanket beside her people soaking up love and attention đ„č
She enjoys casual strolls, little zoomies, exploring the yard, and playing with toys here and there, but overall she is more of a relaxed, happy companion who matches the energy of the home around her.
If the other dogs bark, she may wander over to investigate and occasionally join in for moral support đ but sheâs not typically one to start the drama herself.
She gets along beautifully with other dogs and would especially enjoy canine friends closer to her own size, although she is comfortable around bigger dogs too. She has also lived around budgies and genuinely could not care less about them.
Hannah is toilet trained, travels beautifully in the car, and walks nicely on lead. Sheâs happy just being part of whatever her humans are doing and really is the type of dog who slots effortlessly into family life.
Since coming into care, Hannah has been fully desexed and has also had extensive dental work completed, including a scale and polish along with 10 extractions. She is now feeling so much more comfortable and ready for her next chapter.
Hannah also has a Grade 1 luxating patella in her back right leg and a Grade 2 in her left leg. At this stage neither require surgery, and she remains happy, mobile, and enjoying life.
More than anything, Hannah is just a sweet little girl with a huge heart who wants love, comfort, safety, and someone to adore her as much as she will adore them.
And trust us⊠she will adore you with her whole heart đ

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 10 day trial period â this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $250) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption - each bio will state if available for adoption - please check before applying.
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
After the 10 day trial period is completed Paw Prints Canine will send out all relevant paperwork for your new furbaby via email including the transfer of microchip form.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
