Meet Elijah, a beautiful six month old kitten who is ready to find his perfect match. This sweet boy was found as a stray wandering the streets of Meadow Heights and brought into our care, and he is now looking for a dedicated forever home to show him just how wonderful life in a home can be.

Elijah is a shy little baby who is looking for a gentle, patient soul to shower him with love and affection. The shelter environment can be a bit overwhelming for a sensitive soul like his, and he will need a home who is happy to give him the time and space he needs to truly come out of his shell.

While he might take a little moment to warm up to new faces, the reward is entirely worth it. We have noticed that once Elijah spends a bit of time with someone and realizes he is safe, his confidence completely transforms. He quickly leans into your hand for gentle pats, absolutely loves head scratches, and shows just how much sweetness he has to offer.

Elijah is in perfect health and is currently waiting for you at our North Melbourne shelter. His adoption fee is only $25. We cannot place animals on hold or take applications over the phone or email, so please feel free to come down directly to the shelter during our opening hours to meet this lovely little boy in person today.
