About Sunny
Sunny is a 10 year old Galah who has been well socialized with humans.
Galah’s are a member of the cockatoo family and are a highly intelligent and social bird..
They require plenty of enrichment and space to remain healthy and mentally stimulated.
Sunny spends time in an outdoor avairy during the day and is bought inside each night to his indoor cage.
He loves the best of both worlds and this keeps him happy.
Sunny can whistle quite well and loves to entertain you .
Sunny cannot fly due to an old untreated fracture of his right wing when he was still developing according to his previous owner.
He is a great climber and navigates his outdoor area with ease.
A home that has experience with keeping Galah’s or larger type birds.
Sunny won’t be suitable to live outdoors 24/7 as he is used to sleeping indoors.

Adoption details
An adoption application is completed as the first step, followed by a phone interview if your application is suited to that particular dog.
A yard check is required as part of our adoption process to ensure fencing and access gates are secure. If this is not logistically possible photos will be required.
We offer a 3 week trial period and a lifetime of support for each dog who is adopted through us. We will always take our dogs back into our care for the duration of their life for whatever reason.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
