Hello! I’m Marley Spoon!
Please don’t let my age fool you... I’ll still happily jump up on the couch or bed for cuddles hehe!
When I first arrived in foster care, I was a little shy and unsure of myself. But now that I’ve settled in, my playful side has come out! I love doing zoomies around the yard, play bowing to my foster mum, and making everyone smile. Apparently, I’m pretty adorable when I get excited!
My foster mum says I’m a gentle soul, and I really hope my forever family is out there waiting for me. I’d really love to settle down and spend my golden years cuddling with you!
I’m definitely an inside girl. My favourite place is curled up beside my humans, and if you’ll let me sneak into your bed at night, I’ll happily keep you warm until morning. I sleep right through the night and I’m a clever girl who uses the doggy door to let myself out for the toilet or to enjoy a little sunbake.
I absolutely LOVE my daily walks! I don’t need much & am happy with a 20 minute stroll where I can stop and sniff everything.
Because people find me so cute they want to come up and pat me and I happily oblige! I’m good with kids but find them a bit much and will take myself outside when I’m feeling uncomfortable. I haven’t met any cats yet, and I’d really like to be your one and only pet, as I prefer not to share my special things with other dogs.
More than anything, I’m looking for someone to love. I’ll greet you with my waggy tail every day, keep you company through slow mornings and cosy evenings, and remind you just how special it feels to have a loyal best friend by your side.

Medical notes
She has mild osteoarthritis in her hips, and the vet has recommended Carprofen if needed to keep her comfortable. She doesn’t seem to be in pain much while in care. She has moderate dental disease and had a scale and polish plus 7 teeth removed while in care. A bit hard of hearing but she can still hear when she’s called.
