Joey is a stunning 2‑year‑old German Shepherd x Border Collie mix with a heart as big as his incredible jump! This clever, energetic boy has sadly been overlooked due to one special talent — he can jump very high. So high, in fact, that the pound couldn’t safely contain him, and he found himself on death row through no fault of his own.
But Joey is so much more than his athletic ability 💛
Underneath that energy is a deeply loving, loyal, and gentle soul. He absolutely thrives on human connection and will quickly form a strong bond with his person. Joey walks beautifully on the lead, enjoys his outings, and is happiest when he’s by your side.

His jumping is something that can absolutely be managed and improved with the right guidance and consistency — and given his intelligence and willingness to learn, he’s a wonderful candidate for training.
